Everything you need to know about your Billease Credit Line.
Think of it like a spending limit that resets as you pay it down. It's separate from your loans, lives on its own tab in the app, and you can use it over and over. Draw from it when you pay a merchant, and your available credit comes back as you settle your balance.
Cash Loan is one loan per transaction, paid back by your salary day. Installment loans come with fixed monthly payments. Credit Line is a revolving limit, one balance, one monthly statement, and as long as you pay the full amount on time, you pay no interest.
Same concept, different form. Instead of swiping a card, you scan QR codes in the app. The limit works the same way, you draw from it, you pay it back, it resets.
Not right now. Everything runs through QR payments in the app. A virtual card option is in the works.
Any QRPh merchant, over 600,000+ stores nationwide. Bills payment and mobile load are coming soon.
No. Credit Line pays merchants directly. It cannot be cashed out, transferred, or used to top up any wallet. This is a hard rule.
They're separate. Using one has no effect on the other.
A Credit Line tab shows up on your home screen next to Loans with your available limit. No tab means you're not eligible yet.
Based on your credit standing and payment history with Billease. Right now limits range from PHP 10,000 to PHP 50,000. It can go up or down over time depending on how you pay, and you'll get a notification in the app if it changes.
Nope. Use whatever you need. You only owe what you actually draw.
Yes, the Credit Line Agreement pops up on your first QRPh payment. Tick the checkbox, hit Confirm, and you're set. It only happens once. A copy gets sent to your email, and you can always find it in the app under Accounts > Terms and Conditions > item 11.
Yes. If it says "Ready to use" next to your available limit, you're good to go.
Tap Scan QR, scan the merchant's QRPh code, enter the amount, and switch your payment source to Credit Line. Confirm with your selfie or security check and the payment goes through instantly.
It's the same identity check Billease uses for loans, just verifying it's really you. If you've done it recently it might skip it. You can also switch to another verification method on the confirmation screen.
Yes. Tap Change next to the payment source, pick the one you want, then tap Save.
The app only shows what you have. One limit = one option. Two limits = both options.
No, one source per transaction.
Whatever your available credit is. The app blocks anything above it and shows a "not enough balance" message. Either lower the amount or switch to Cash Loan if you have balance there.
A confirmation screen shows up with the merchant name, amount, date, fee (FREE), status, and a Reference ID. Your available credit updates right away. Pending means the merchant hasn't confirmed yet, give it a few minutes. Failed means nothing was charged and you can try again.
Check your transaction history first before trying again, you don't want to pay twice. If nothing shows up after a few minutes, contact Billease support.
Tap Transactions in the bottom menu, or View all under Recent transactions on your home screen. Each entry shows the merchant, amount, date, and status.
On your statement date, which is based on the payday you declared when you signed up. If that day falls on a holiday or weekend, it moves to the next working day.
Everything for the period: all draws and payments, the total balance, your minimum due, any interest or charges, and your next due date.
Tap View Statement on your Credit Line home screen. You can download it as a PDF too.
Your first statement only generates on your next statement date. Your transactions are still recorded, they'll appear when the statement closes. You can already pay early through Pay Now if you want.
Yes. Open Latest Statement and navigate back through previous periods.
This is everything you owed at the end of your last statement period, including any principal, interest, and penalty that carried over. Think of it as where your account starts each new cycle. Example: last month you owed PHP 2,000 and did not pay it. Your Opening Balance this month starts at PHP 2,000 plus any interest and penalty that built up.
This is everything you owe at the end of the current statement period, after adding new draws, interest, and penalties, and subtracting any payments you made. This is the full amount Billease is tracking on your account. Example: your Opening Balance was PHP 2,000, you drew another PHP 500 this month, and PHP 300 in interest was added. Your Closing Balance is PHP 2,800.
Because it includes interest and penalty charges on top of your principal. If you paid less than the full balance in a previous cycle, those charges carry forward and add up. Open the statement breakdown to see each line item.
Your due date is your next statement date. If your statement closes June 15, the due date is your July statement date. You always get one full statement period to settle.
Tap Pay Now on your home screen. You can pay through QRPh, over-the-counter (7-Eleven, Cebuana, M Lhuillier, and other partners), e-wallet, online banking, or bank transfer, as long as it's through a Billease-accredited channel listed in the app.
Statement Balance, Minimum Due, Outstanding Balance, or a Custom Amount. Custom has a minimum and maximum shown on the entry screen.
The Minimum Due on your statement, a percentage of your outstanding principal as of the statement date, plus any posted interest and charges. If your principal is below PHP 100, the minimum due is zero.
Your account stays in good standing and you avoid delinquency. But you lose the interest waiver, so interest from your draw dates posts to your next statement.
Yes, any time during the period. Paying early reduces your balance and the interest building on it.
Yes. On the Pay Now screen you can select both and settle in one QRPh payment. The screen breaks down how much goes to each before you confirm.
Overpayments up to PHP 200 are applied to reduce your principal. Anything above PHP 200 isn't accepted.
OTC payments can take a few hours. If it's still not there after 24 hours, contact Billease support with your payment receipt.
No. That's a prohibited use. You can't use your credit limit to pay any of your Billease obligations.
Payments are applied in this order: fees (like DST), collection costs, delinquency interest, interest from prior periods, current-period interest, installment plan dues, then principal.
Only if you don't pay your full statement balance by the due date. Pay in full every cycle and your Credit Line costs you nothing.
Interest accrues daily on your outstanding principal from the moment you draw. On your due date, if you've paid the full statement balance, Billease cancels all of that accrued interest. You only pay what you spent.
A draw made on day one of your statement period sits through that full period (about 31 days), then you get the next full period (up to 31 days) to pay. Pay the full statement balance by the due date and you owe zero interest for the whole stretch. The exact number of days varies because the periods float with your payday.
You lose the interest waiver for that period. All the interest that built up since your draw dates, including any from earlier periods that was never posted, gets added to your next statement.
Yes. Pay the full balance from your most recent statement and the waiver kicks back in for new draws. You don't have to zero out your entire balance.
Daily, on your end-of-day outstanding principal, at the Daily Periodic Rate in your Credit Line Agreement. It only applies to what you've drawn, never to your unused limit.
You probably paid less than the full balance in a previous period, so the interest from that cycle carried over and posted now. Check the breakdown on your previous statement.
Your Credit Line home screen and Pay Now screen both show the exact amount needed, how many days you have left, and what the interest would be if you lose it.
If you haven't paid at least the Minimum Due by the end of your due date, both your Credit Line and Cash Loan limits get locked. Delinquency interest also starts adding up daily on your full balance.
Billease looks at all your credit products together. Any overdue balance triggers a lock on everything until you settle it.
Pay at least the Minimum Due, including any accrued delinquency interest. Once Billease confirms the payment, your limits restore and the account goes back to "Ready to use." To restore your interest waiver, you will need to pay the full statement balance.
An additional daily charge on your full end-of-day balance for every day you're overdue, on top of regular interest. It applies to your entire balance, not just the missed amount. Example: you missed PHP 1,000 but drew another PHP 500 while locked. Delinquency interest accrues on PHP 1,500 per day. It posts to your next statement.
Yes. You can view your balance, statements, and transaction history. You just can't make new purchases until the balance is cleared.

If you can't pay by your due date, you can submit a Promise to Pay in the app with your intended payment date. It doesn't stop delinquency interest, but it lets Billease know when to expect your payment.
Billease may endorse your account to its Collection Department or a collection agency, with at least 7 days notice before any third-party endorsement. Field visits are charged at PHP 450 per visit. If it goes to legal proceedings, attorney's fees are 20% of the amount due or PHP 10,000, whichever is higher.
