5 ways to pay your Billease installment

Your limits

Your loans limit is your cash loan limit. Each use creates a new loan with its own amount, term, and schedule. Your credit limit, also called your Credit Line, is a revolving limit with one balance and one monthly statement, and your available credit comes back as you pay it down. The two limits are separate.

Cash loans including e-wallet top-ups, mobile load and bills, and merchant loans when you buy from a partner merchant through Shops, Deals, or in-store sales agents. Each creates a separate loan with fixed monthly installments.

QR Ph payments at over 600,000 merchants nationwide, bills payment and mobile load (coming soon), and the Billease Access Card. It's interest-free for up to 62 days when you pay your full statement balance by the due date.

No. They're assessed and tracked separately. Drawing on your Credit Line doesn't reduce your loans limit, and a merchant loan doesn't reduce your Credit Line.

Use your loans limit when you need cash in your e-wallet or want fixed monthly installments at a partner merchant. Use your Credit Line when paying through QR Ph or the Access Card and you want a revolving limit that costs nothing if you pay in full each cycle.

Both appear on your home screen. Loans shows your available loans limit. The Credit Line tab, if eligible, shows your available credit and whether it is ready to use.

Merchant loans

A fixed-installment loan repaid in equal monthly installments over a set term. Interest is computed on your declining principal balance, so more of each payment goes to principal over time while your monthly payment stays predictable.

Yes. Loans created when you purchase from a Billease partner merchant run on the annuity structure, with interest accruing on the declining balance.

It's based on your available loans limit and the individual merchant's settings.

Up to 24 equal monthly installments, depending on the merchant and your profile.

Yes. Extra payments are applied directly to principal, which lowers future interest and can shorten your term. There are no penalties for early or full repayment.

Late payment penalties may apply and your credit score could be affected. Contact customer support right away to discuss available options.

Scan QR Ph

QR Ph is the national QR code standard for faster, more convenient person-to-person and retail payments.

It lets you use your available Billease limit to pay at any merchant that accepts QR Ph, in store or online.

No. QR Ph payments have no transaction fee, and all charges are clearly disclosed before you sign anything.

By default they use one-time payment on your next declared payday at 0% interest. You can also convert successful transactions into installments of up to 6 months, before your due date.

Yes, as long as the merchant has a QR Ph code. Look for the QR Ph symbol in the middle of the QR code, or ask the cashier.

Once the merchant processes a refund, the amount reflects in your Billease account within 72 hours and your limit is restored automatically.

A late payment interest of 5% per month, charged daily on the due amount, applies until it is paid.

Deals

Deals is a section in the Billease app and at deals.billease.ph where you shop products and services from partner merchants and pay in installments without leaving Billease.

No. Our verified partner merchants own, sell, and deliver the items. Billease provides the payment and financing.

Choose your installment term at checkout. The amount is charged against your available loans limit, and you pay Billease directly, never the merchant.

Cancellations and refunds follow the merchant's policy. Once a refund is approved and processed, the amount is credited back to your loans limit and the loan is cancelled.

Limited-time offers such as discounted prices, bundles, or promotional installment terms from selected merchants. They run for a fixed period and while supplies last.

Credit Line

Think of it as a spending limit that resets as you pay it down. It's separate from your loans, lives on its own tab in the app, and you can use it over and over.

Same concept, different form. Instead of swiping a bank card, you scan QR Ph codes in the app or tap your Access Card. You draw from the limit, pay it back, and it resets.

It's based on your credit standing and payment history with Billease. Limits currently range from ₱10,000 to ₱50,000 and can change over time. You'll get a notification if it does.

Any QR Ph merchant, over 600,000 nationwide, and through the Billease Access Card. Bills payment and mobile load are coming soon.

No. Credit Line pays merchants directly. It can't be cashed out, transferred to a wallet or bank account, or used to pay your Billease obligations.

Yes. The Credit Line Agreement appears on your first QR Ph payment. Accept it once and you are set. A copy is emailed to you and stays available in the app.

You get a statement on your statement date, based on your declared payday. It shows all draws and payments, your Minimum Due, any charges, and your next due date. View or download it in the app.

Repayment and interest

Your due date is your next statement date, so you always get one full statement period to settle. If your statement closes June 15, the due date is your July statement date.

A percentage of your outstanding principal as of the statement date, plus posted interest and charges. Pay at least this amount to stay in good standing. If your principal is below ₱100, the Minimum Due is zero.

Your account stays in good standing and you avoid delinquency, but you lose the interest waiver for that period, so accrued interest posts to your next statement.

Interest accrues daily from each draw, but if you pay your full statement balance by the due date, all of it is cancelled. You only pay what you spent.

A draw on day one of your statement period sits through that full period, then you get the next full period to pay. Pay the full statement balance by the due date and you owe zero interest for the whole stretch.

Yes. Pay the full balance from your most recent statement and the waiver kicks back in for new draws. You don’t have to zero out your entire balance.

If you haven’t paid at least the Minimum Due by the end of your due date, your limits are locked and delinquency interest accrues daily. Pay at least the Minimum Due to unlock them.

Fees and security

No processing fee and no annual fee. QR Ph payments show as free.

Delinquency interest if you miss your Minimum Due, documentary stamp tax where it applies, and collection fees if field visits become necessary.

Contact Billease right away through the in-app chat or the support email. Keep your app credentials private.
