It caters to thousands of Filipinos by carrying products from school supplies to book organizers, to small furniture, and even appliances or gadgets. Just like any other shopping platform, Shopee requires payment before your item will be delivered in your doorstep.
There are several ways to pay for your purchases: cash on delivery, credit card, payment through remittance centers, and bank transfer.
Despite the needs, there are instances when you want to avail of an installment scheme to make payment easier for you.

Here’s how:
FIRST, TOP UP WITH G-CASH TO ENJOY SHOPEE INSTALLMENT SCHEME
Step 1: Log-in to BillEase account.

Step 2: Gcash Top Up
In the BillEase page or app, click Top Ups. Then click Gcash Top Up.
Step 3: Amount
Click the top up amount you want to purchase. Available amount is between P400 and P4,000
Step 4: Payment Terms
A new window will appear once you click your desired amount. Navigate the button for your installment term and repayment frequency. As you navigate, you will also see on the right screen the amount you have to pay.
Input your Gcash number. Then click Buy Now.
Step 5: Loan Confirmation
A new window will appear after clicking Buy Now. Take time to review the details. If you’re ready, tick the checkbox and then click Yes.
Take note that at this stage, your loan is NOT yet finalized.
Step 6: Finalize Your Loan
Once you confirmed your loan, the window indicating your Loan Contract as well as Disclosure Statement will appear.
Make sure you read this thoroughly because these documents contain the terms of the contract including amount, schedule of payment, and penalty clause in case of default.
Scroll down and then click Confirm. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your BillEase’s registered number. Input the said code and in a few minutes, the said amount will be credited to your Gcash account, which you can use in Shopee and pay for your items on installment basis.
Now that you have sufficient funds, you can now use the said amount to pay for your purchases in Shopee. There are two ways on how you can use the GCash Top Up to avail of Shopee installment.
METHOD ONE: Use GCash As Payment Mode For Shopee Installment
Step 1: Shop at Shopee
Go to Shopee app and start shopping. Add to cart those items you need to buy. Once you’re done, go to your cart and click Check Out.
Step 2: Pay for Your Items
Click Payment Option.
Then choose GCash. Click Confirm.
Step 3: GCash Process
Confirm your Total Payment and email address. Then click Pay. You will be redirected to the GCash window.
Input your GCash-registered mobile number and then click Next.
A six-digit authentication code will be sent to your mobile number then click Submit Code.
Then, login in your GCash account with your four-digit MPIN. Once you logged in, you can now pay for your Shopee purchases.
METHOD TWO: ShopeePay
Another way to enjoy Shopee installment is by setting up your ShopeePay using the GCash funds.
Here’s how to set up ShopeePay:
Step 1: Setting Up
In the Shopee app, click ShopeePay. A new landing page will appear and then click Set Up ShopeePay.
Step 2: Information
Enter your personal information and then tick the checkbox. Click Next.
Step 3: Verification
Enter the six-digit verification code sent on your registered mobile number in Shopee. Click Continue.
Step 4: ShopeePay PIN
Input a six-digit PIN. This will also be required every time you use ShopeePay as a mode of payment. Remember your PIN at all times.
Step 5: GCash Top Up
After confirming your PIN, a new window will appear. Click Top Up.
Choose the amount you wish to add according to your GCash balance. Then click Payment.
Choose Payment Center / e-Wallet and then click GCash. You will also be asked to confirm the amount and email address.
Log-in to your GCash account using your mobile number and then click Next.
Now, you can finally transfer the GCash amount you got from BillEase and use it to top up your ShopeePay. Plus, you can pay for the said amount in installment basis.
