How To Register And Apply In BillEase App

What do you usually use when making purchases? Ideally, you pay in cash. In reality, you use other means such as credit card to fund for your purchases.

Here’s the thing: not everyone has a credit card. In fact, not everyone can get a credit card and pay for items on an installment basis.

This is where BillEase comes in. Aside from applying through our website, you can also shop with ease by downloading the app and installing it on your phone. This makes shopping easier and more convenient for you.

Here’s how:

Step 1: Download and install the app.

You can get the app on Google Play Store for Android users or App Store for iPhone users. Don’t worry since the app is for free.

Step 2: Register.

Open the app. Make sure you read through as you click Next and then Let’s Go. A new window will appear.

For existing BillEase users, click Login. Otherwise, click Sign Up for new users.

Step 3: Enter your details.

Input your full name and mobile number then click Sign Up.

Fill in the required details and then click Continue.

Step 4: Confirmation.

A six-digit code will be sent to your email address. Consequently, a four-digit one-time password will also be sent on your registered mobile number. Input the required codes to proceed with the registration.

Step 5: Address

Fill in your home address then click Continue. A new window will appear. Make sure to pin your exact address then click Continue.

Step 6: Permission.

Make sure to tick the box that says you allow BillEase to manage phone calls and access photos, contacts, calendar, and location. For added protection, click Allow Only While Using The App.

Don’t worry. BillEase values your privacy and treat all customer information as confidential. No information will be shared without your approval.

Step 7: Account Security

You can choose between 4-Digit Pin and Touch ID when securing your account. For reliability and to ensure utmost protection, choose the 4-Digit Pin and assign a pin that is known to you only.

Congratulations! You’re done with the registration. If you wish to apply for BillEase credit, click Finish Application to start the application process.

Now, you’re ready to finish your application. Below are the next steps:

Step 8: Proof of Identity

Choose an ID type and then upload. Take note that BillEase only allows government-issued ID such as passport, driver’s license, SSS card, NBI clearance, TIN IF, and Senior Citizen card among others.

Step 9: Selfie

You will also be asked to upload a selfie. Follow the instructions on how to take a picture.

Then, tick the boxes and click Continue.

Step 10: Income Source

Choose among Employment, Remittance, Freelance, and Business. Then, fill out the necessary details.

Step 11: Character Reference

You will also be asked to provide two character references, one family member and another is a colleague or friend as long as s/he knows you personally.

Step 12: Proof of Billing

Upload a proof of billing from any utilities provider like Meralco, Maynilad, or PLDT.

Congratulations! You can now apply for any BillEase facilities.

Tips to Remember When Applying for BillEase:

• Make sure you have an active mobile number and email address. This is where future correspondence will be sent.
• Provide truthful information.
• Government-issued ID is a must. You can choose among Driver’s License, passport, PRC ID, SSS Card, TIN ID, and NBI Clearance among others.
• Take clear photos. Blurred photos means you cannot move forward with your application. This will also make it harder for BillEase representatives to verify your application.
• Borrow wisely. BillEase allows you to borrow up to P30,000 but this doesn’t mean you should maximize it. Apply for the amount you only need to make repayment easier for you.
