But before applying to BillEase, here is a quick rundown of the steps you’re going to have to go through.

STEP 1: Fill out the application form
This is fairly easy and uncomplicated. The Application Form’s objective is to gather the necessary information to create your BillEase account.
For instance, the email and contact number you register here will become your primary BillEase contact details. All future messages from BillEase will then be delivered to these contact details, which is why we’ll need you to register your most recent and most active contact details.
Here’s a pro-tip, though: make sure that your registered email and contact number is the same as the ones you use in Lazada. Your BillEase and Lazada accounts should be able to connect with one another and they can only do this if they share the same contact details!
STEP 2: Verify your email address
Once you’ve submitted your application form, you can then proceed to verify your email address. This is an important step! Without verifying your email, you will not be able to complete your account registration and proceed with your application.
How is this done? Check for our email in your registered email address. Our email will contain a link which will redirect you to our site and verify your email address. You will also be prompted to set an account password. Once this is done, you can now login to your account!
STEP 3: Verify your contact number
Why is verifying your contact number important? For one, this allows you to receive important updates/reminders from BillEase such as payment requests, payment reminders, and payment verifications. Having a verified contact number ensures you a hassle-free experience with BillEase!
STEP 4: Upload your documents
Now that you’re done with your account registration, it’s time to upload your documents!
And make no mistake, uploading your documents is one of the most important aspects of your BillEase application. Your documents, after all, will be the basis of our credit team on whether or not your application is going to be approved. They will also be the basis of your future BillEase credit limit.
So make sure you upload the correct documents.
Your uploads must include 1 valid government ID, proof of billing, and proof of income. And remember to take care to upload your most recent proof of billing and proof of income.

STEP 5: Wait for our email
Now comes the waiting part. Once you’ve successfully completed and submitted your application, our credit team will begin processing it. They will then decide whether it will be approved and how much credit limit will be given to you. The verification process normally runs for 1 banking day only but expect some delays if our team will need clarifications on your submitted information or documents.

BillEase operates by giving customers a credit limit which they can withdraw and use to purchase physical items in Lazada. But how can you withdraw your credit limit?

Upon checking our records, it seems that you already have an approved application in BillEase. Kindly note that we do not allow customers to create duplicate accounts in BillEase – duplicate accounts will be automatically detected and deactivated. This is why you cannot use those credentials anymore to proceed. If you are unable to open your existing BillEase account, you may kindly use the “Forget Password” feature instead of creating a new account. Thank you.
