Say Hi to Billease’s New Features!

Happy Friday, everyone!

Our team is very excited to announce a couple of new features for BillEase.

First, is the Change Email feature. Now you can add or replace your primary email address in your Billease account.

To change your email, simply log in to your BillEase “My Account” and click “Settings”. From there you can add a new email address, or delete old (inactive) ones.

Once you enter a new email address, you will be asked to go through a two-step verification process. Simply follow the verification process and you’re good to go.

The next feature we’re unveiling is the Change Mobile feature. With this, you can add or replace your contact number in your BillEase account. To change your mobile number, simply log in to your BillEase account, click “Settings” and from there you can add a new mobile number or delete old (inactive) ones.

Again, you’ll have to undergo a two-step verification process to confirm your changes. After this, you’re all set!

You can also add as many email addresses and mobile numbers as you want. Just make sure you verify any and all changes that you make to your account. Also, please don’t forget to set a primary mobile number and email address (which will be highlighted in blue) as this will be the number/email you’ll be using to claim your voucher codes.
