Billease is celebrating nine years of powering our daily money moves, and instead of asking for gifts, they’re handing out ₱1,500,000 in cash prizes. If you use Billease to settle bills, grab mobile load, shop in installments, or send money, you could easily walk away as a brand-new millionaire.
Here is everything you need to know to get in on the action before the draw.
A total of 41 winners will be selected in a fully transparent, DTI-supervised grand raffle.

Note: Billease covers the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000.
3 Steps to Enter
- Meet the Eligibility Criteria: You must be an approved Billease account holder aged 18 or older with an account in good standing (no delinquencies).
- Opt-In In-App: Open your Billease app, look for the official birthday promo pop-up, tap “Join Promo,” and confirm your basic contact details.
- Spend & Earn Entries: Spend at least ₱1,000 on eligible transactions to automatically earn 1 raffle entry. You can accumulate up to a maximum of 20 entries.
What Counts as an Eligible Transaction?
Almost any everyday transaction qualifies toward your ₱1,000 spending threshold:
- Cash Loans & Wallet Loans
- Bills Payment & Mobile Load
- POS Financing (Both online checkout & in-store)
- QRPh Payments & In-App Deals
- Credit Line Transactions

- Promo Period: September 1, 2026 (12:01 AM) – October 31, 2026 (11:59 PM)
- Live Raffle Draw: November 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM (Supervised by DTI)

The Fine Print
- Disqualifications: Accounts with past-due balances, canceled orders, or merchant refunds issued during the promo period will lose entry eligibility.
- Prize Limits: Participants can only win once. If drawn multiple times, you automatically receive the higher value prize.
- Claiming Period: Winners will be notified via email and registered mail. You have 60 calendar days from receipt to claim your prize before it is forfeited.
- Exclusions: Billease employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are ineligible.
