A Faster Way of Paying Through Bank is Here!

You can now upload your proof of payment from your BillEase account for faster processing! Read on to learn more about this new BillEase feature.

Your proof of payments has always been sent to a dedicated email address for verification.

While this method was easy enough to follow, customers often noted that the verification process takes time. This is due to the number of emails our team receives on a daily basis.

So we started thinking, “What can we do to make this process easier and faster for our customers?”

And guess what. You can now upload your proof of payment from your BillEase acocunt for faster processing!

UPLOAD DIRECTLY FROM YOUR BILLEASE ACCOUNT

As soon as you’re done paying your BillEase loan via bank transfer, the next step is to send us the receipt for payment verification. 

But instead of sending your receipt via email, you can now upload it directly from your BillEase account! This method is simpler, faster, and more convenient.

Note: This feature is now available on the BillEase website and app! Spread the word!

STEP 1:

All you have to do is log in to your BillEase account and click “Pay Now”. 

You will be directed to a page containing the payment details for your installments. Remember that you can pay for more than one installment! This is a great way to get ahead of your payment schedule if you want.

STEP 2:

Indicate the installment or type in the amount you want to pay for and click “Pay Now”.

STEP 3:

Choose the payment method that you prefer. For this guide, we will use the Bank Transfer method. Click the button to proceed.

Note: If you haven’t made your payments yet, you check our bank details on this page. We have BPI, BDO, and Security Bank! 

Step 4:

If you’ve successfully made your payment, click the “Submit Proof” button. 

Step 5:

On the next page, indicate the bank you chose, your payment date, and hit that “Upload” button

And that’s it, you’re done. Sit back and relax and allow us at least 1-2 banking days to verify your payment.

Note: If you’re still receiving payment notifications despite submitting your proof of payment, we apologize. As we said, the verification process takes at least 1-2 banking days and our payment notifications are automated. 

Rest assured, you may ignore these notifications BUT remember to keep a copy of your actual receipt in case there are any disputes. 

HOW TO GET YOUR BILLEASE PAYMENT REQUEST

While we send customers their payment requests two days before their due dates, customers can also get their own in case a) they want to make early payments or b) pay more than their due amount.

DON’T WANT TO WAIT? PAY VIA ONLINE PAYMENT CHANNELS

Payments can also be made through online payment channels such as coins.ph or GCash! The great thing about these payments is they have a near-instant booking, which means you no longer have to wait for payment verification from us. 

And remember, if you don’t have the coins.ph or Gcash app, you can always go to your nearest 7-Eleven to make your payment.
