HOW TO USE BILLEASE IN MONARC
Step 1: Shop at Monarc

On the landing page, click Shop to browse through their available items. Click the item you want to buy and then click Add to Cart.
If you’re ready to check out, then click the shopping bag button located at the upper right corner.
Thereafter, click Check Out.
Step 2: Information
Fill out the necessary information needed by Monarc. The information will also be used to compute the shipping fee. Then, click Continue to Shipping.
A new window will appear. Click Continue to Payment.
Step 3: Payment
In the Payment option, choose DragonPay. Through the BillEase x DragonPay partnership, you can now pay for your purchases on installment basis.
Then, click Complete Order. This will redirect you to DragonPay Online Payment System.
Choose BillEase Installment as your source. Don’t forget to click the check box and then click Select.
Step 4: BillEase Online Payment System
This will now redirect you to the BillEase Payment System. Log-in to your BillEase account.

Thereafter, navigate the button as you choose your installment term and repayment frequency. As you navigate, you will see the amount you have to pay below based on your input.
If you’re satisfied with the term, click Next.
Take note that at this point, your loan is NOT YET final.
Step 5: Confirm Your Loan
A copy of the Loan Agreement and Disclosure Statement will appear on your window after you click “Next” from the previous step. Take your time in going through this because it indicates, among others, the following:
- Duration of the loan
- Schedule of payment indicating the amount and date to be paid
- Conditional charges in case of delay or non-payment of loan
To confirm the loan, input the four-digit one-time password sent on your registered mobile number and then click Confirm. Inputting the OTP signifies confirmation of your loan.
The next thing you need to do is to wait for the product to be delivered to you. Now, you get to enjoy various Monarc products and distribute the payment equally over the next few months.
